PAP Mask: Philips Respironics DREAM WEAR FULL FACE MASK
PAP Machine: Resmed Aircurve 10
Pressure Setting: BIPAP 5-10

I was diagnosed with mild sleep Apnea a little over a year ago.(5.7 per hour) I have gone through 5 masks and have never been able o use for more then 4 hours. I just got the Airfit F 30 and have been able to use it for a week now and have been averaging about 7 hours a night with it. It is still not as good as wearing no mask at all ,but I can handle it better then all the other masks I tried. The problem I am having is I ma more tired after using the mask then when I use it, I was exhausted everyday after using that week, but on the 8th day I didn't use it and slept great, my FItbit said my REM and Deep sleep showed I had a good night sleep and were way higher then when I wore the mask. How can that be? Thanks, Mike
