Assuming other variables are equal, should full face masks all deliver CPAP therapy about the same?

Let me explain my experience. Been doing CPAP about 10 mos. now, the first 2-3 months i was using a Resmed airfit20 full face, good seal, but was hard on my nose and really doing a number on it by the next morning. I woke up feeling pretty good fairly consistently despite the nose rubbing issues, even if 5-6 hrs of sleep.
Then i found the F&P Vitera full mask and have been using it to this day. Very comfy, good seal, no nose issues. However i just don't feel the same waking up the next day, even if i get a solid 7-8 hrs sleep and there was no leaking, very low AHI numbers, etc.. So on 2 occasions i wore the airfit20 i still have and even though its hard on my nose i felt much better and well rested the next day.
Why would this be? I mean if both masks are sealed good, i get good sleep, low AHI number, should it matter what mask is used?
Could the Vitera not be compatible with a Resmed CPAP machine??
Thanks for any info or experience anyone might have that is similar.

PAP Mask: ResMed F20 N30i P30i, a F&P Simplus & soon to have Vitera
PAP Machine: I will likely tell the doc it's going to be ResMed Astral 150
Humidifier: Accessory Humidifier will be requested
Pressure Setting: 0 setting for now, soon to be using AVAPS settings

Any standard CPAP should be able to accept most any mask. Not so if you're using any Mini or Travel CPAP; those have a small list of compatible masks. It's not a ResMed CPAP must use ResMed masks situation. The only thing I can think of that can make a difference, assuming no settings were changed, one mask may vent more than the other and you feel better with the venting property of the F20. They both should be able to deliver the air the same. If this were me, I'd evaluate on comfort and how I felt upon waking and try to make that work.

There's accessory padding that can be added to masks to enhance comfort. Research Pad A Cheek for an example; see what they have that may help add to your comfort level. https://www.padacheek.com/

There's also Remzzzs at https://filmora.wondershare.com/live-streaming/best-free-live-streaming-software-and-app-for-all-platforms.html

Best to your success.

Thanks for the feedback. You might be onto something w/the venting. I notice the Vitera does blow out a little more air than the the F20 through the vents. Maybe i'll contact Vitera and see if the settings should be adjusted.
