The air coming through the CPAP is your room air. It may be slightly warmed by the humidifier. Cool the room and you cool the air. Some people have turned off their humidifier...you could also put ice in the humidifier tub....that will last for a while.

It would help if we knew what equipment you are using. Heated hose or non heated hose. If heated hose at what temp is it set to? Humidifier use or not...if used at what setting?
You might have some options and you might not but it all depends on what equipment you are currently using.
