I have been using the REMstar Auto (System One) (550P) for about 8 years and it finally quit on me. I started using my new machine (AirSense 10 AutoSet (37090)) and the difference is quite dramatic! My first machine gave me all kinds of data in just about every category on OSCAR (because there were numbers in all these categories (pie chart)) but with my new machine, the only categories (pie chart) that show any issues are CA/H/ and RE - looks like quite an improvement. What is different with the OSCAR data now is in the pressure graph. With my old machine, there was a single line for all the data. With my new machine, there are 2 lines of data in that category - one red and the other green, they kind of mirror each other with the green being lower than the red. Why do I have 2 lines of data now and what do they mean?

The upper line represents your pressure as you inhale. The lower line is the exhale pressure. The difference between them should be fairly constant, and is the amount of expiratory pressure relief (EPR).
If you haven't seen it before, EPR is Resmed's equivalent to the Respironic Flex, and lowers pressure as you exhale. You can set it to 1, 2 or 3 cmH2O or off.

Correct, you basically have 2 pressures running, so 2 lines to represent these pressure traces. EPR is quite interesting as it essentially adds pressure support to a CPAP, but it's used so that pressure decreases to add comfort for exhale.
