This is my first time change on XPAP. How does the machine deal with the end of Daylight Saving Time? On Saturday night/Sunday morning I went to bed around 9:30 and got up about 3, but SleepyHead shows me going to bed at 8:30 and getting up about 3. Ok, I can figure this one out, it would have adjusted for "falling back" an hour by making my start time earlier, but last night it showed me going to bed at 10:30 instead of 9:30 and sleeping until just after 6 instead of just after 5. Will it readjust tonight with the correct time, or is there something I need to do to it?

On ResMed machines you have a clock that you need to reset if you wish to have the time accurately reflect when you turned the machine on and turned it off.

ResMed machines don't like going backwards when there is already data within a reporting session so if you are going to change the clock the easiest is right before you go to bed and turn the machine on and you will likely be in a reporting session with no data in it.

ResMed machines themselves have no way to adjust for DST or even know what time it is unless we set the clock.
Respironics machines have an internal clock that cannot be accessed by the user...but ResMed makes it fairly easy.

Ok, thanks, so that'll be from clinician' s manual, right? I have it, just haven't read it. Didn't even think about that before I posted my question.

Yep, clinical setup menu area.
I just changed mine a little bit ago myself. I wasn't going to but then I realized it was 2 hours off instead of just one.
While I was at it I adjusted minutes to match phone time.
