Anyone use the Beddit 3 Sleep Monitor or similar device with their CPAP therapy? Thinking about purchasing one since it measures different metrics than my CPAP machine. Looking for some real world feedback before I make my purchase.

No experience at all with the Beddit but I got a FitBit Charge 2 the first of December. So a little over a month or so with it.

What is it that you wish to try to monitor or evaluate?

With the Fitbit you can get an idea about your sleep but if you are a person that moves when you sleep it will show that you are awake as it works off of pulse and movement.

I got a Fitbit Charge 2 for Christmas this year. I knew that I didn't sleep well for years. When I looked at my daily sleep report from my Fitbit, it showed me waking up hundreds of times. I showed it to my doctor and he ordered my sleep study and am now on a CPAP. I compare my Fitbit to my CPAP report and find that it is pretty accurate.
