I have been using a CPAP for almost a year now, and have been using the ResMed N20 nasal mask. Some nights are good; some not. What I want to do, is wear the Dreamwear Nasal mask with the hose on top of the head. I bought this mask, and I can't get it to work! Same as when I tried to use a mask with the nasal pillows; I fight with it all night! My head must be a funny shape, or maybe no shape, but the simple head gear design with only the one strap that goes behind the head, just will not stay put! I sleep on my side, and the headgear keeps slipping off and I have to wake up every 10 minutes and fix it! I've tried it tighter and I've tried it looser; same thing! It just won't stay on! The hose on top of my head slips down behind my head, and the strap behind my head slips up usually, and then all I get are air leaks! Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated!

I have been using the DreamWisp nasal mask for a couple weeks now - Love it!! I too had the issues with the one strap in the back. This mask actually has headgear not just a strap. It has all I loved about the Dream Wear that actually stays put.

I too have the dreamwear nasal and have the problem with the strap slipping up on me. I did go to a larger frame which helped a bit. I'm having such good success with it that fixing the strap during the night is kind of acceptable. I'm about to try the dreamwisp as it looks like the headgear is just what I need. I'll post my experience with it after a few nights.
