I mostly sleep on my right side now but when I get up in the morning my right ear hurts. would this have anything to do with my sleep machine? I have it set on 13 with a pressure relief of 2. I use an auto machine now but was told I need an ASV because of centrals.

PAP Mask: Practically tried them all.
PAP Machine: Use Phillips Respironics System One APAP with Aflex for mask testing
Humidifier: None
Pressure Setting: When testing, I use APAP with a range of 5-10

There are a small number of people that get ear pressure with the use of cpap. I'm not exactly sure why some have this and others don't. I don't even know what can be done about it. Sorry. :(

PAP Mask: ResMed AirFit F20
PAP Machine: ResMed AirSense 10 Auto
Humidifier: ResMed AirSense 10 dishwasher safe
Pressure Setting: 6-11 APAP

I had it when I first started cpap therapy. It went away, after a while. My ears would pop, if I opened my mouth. You might try another mask. For me, I had that problem with the Dreamstation. When I switched to the Resmed Airsense 10 auto, it stopped. Experiment with it, and post your results. I’m curious
