If you need help, please don't hesitate to post some screenshots of your data from SleepyHead. There are several users of this forum that are excellent in interpreting that data.
For nice organization of the data in SleepyHead, look at diamaunt (user of this forum) and see his signature line. I believe he has a link that shows the best way to organize your data so only the useful information shows.

It varies, but in your case I think it's definitely worth taking a more in depth look. Kind of depends on your original diagnosis too.
