RERAs are defined as episodes of breathing lasting 10 seconds followed by an arousal.
For episodes shorter than 10 seconds, are they lumped into the Respiratory Arousal Index? Has anyone’s doctor taken a high Respiratory Arousal Index seriously despite a low RDI?

I thought the arousal was from your wife kicking you to stop your snoring. That is before cpap.
