Post subject:  Follow up on "What are the graphs saying"

Hey:

I raised the Pressure to 13 as suggested and worked great.

The Sleep Therapist gave me a new machine to get rid of the Central Apenas.

This worked great the first night see attached Then it has been downhill since. I dont know what has gone wrong.

Any advice or comments would be great

Thanks
LesL

Looks like your minepap is too low.

you were doing pretty well at 13, 8 is too low.

Setting the minepap pressure to 13 what should the max be

I guess this will stablise the pressure surges.

Leave the max alone. The machine will only go to where it needs to go as it senses the need.

I don't know that you need min epap of 13 though...might get by with a little less since this new machine responds more quickly to the obstructive stuff. You needed higher with the apap because the response time was dragged out a bit...this new machine responds much more quickly to that obstructive stuff.

Maybe split the difference and see what min epap of 11 might do????? Just a thought.
