Thanks so much for all your tips....I was having so much trouble with excess air, nose irritation using my resair nasal pillows. My provider wasn't so helpful. I can now sleep all night with it. You are a savior.

Pressure Setting: Titrated Pressure is 10 CM-H2O, I use a range of 7/20 CM-H2O.

PAP Mask: Practically tried them all.
PAP Machine: Use Phillips Respironics System One APAP with Aflex for mask testing
Humidifier: None
Pressure Setting: When testing, I use APAP with a range of 5-10

Yes, thank you, Jason.

Having my wife been on CPAP for about 5+ years now, I kinda knew what I was in for, but was still very anxious as I did not know what to expect when trying to sleep. Thankfully, there was a tech there that made it comfortable and pretty painless. However, I know that was only half the battle, and now comes the fun part of getting the equipment. Luckily I found your videos and page before that process began, so it has given me a ton to think about and process. But it is better than being completely in the dark. I may utilize AXG to get a true understanding of what my results truly mean, but the videos have helped so far. I wish I had found the site and videos before taking the test, maybe I would have just done it at home through your lab as we are almost neighbors.
