I started out on an APAP about 3 years age but gave up after about 3 months because my AHIs stayed over most of the time. I have been on an auto BIPAP about 6 weeks but my AHI is usually over 10. I will attach some SleepyHead screenshots later.

I've watched Jason's videos on SleepyHead data interpretation and my takeaway is that PAP machines aren't all that great at recognizing true apnea events from other types of anomalies in air flow.
