I just got my new ASV prescription, The settings are as follows:
Minimum EPAP 9
Maximum EPAP 15
Maximum pressure support 15
Minimum pressure support 0
Maximum pressure 25

if I understand the ratios correct the range between maximum pressure support and minimum EPAP is only six.
Am I looking at that correctly? That seems like a narrow range.

I have complex sleep apnea with an AHI of 9.5 of strictly OA’s untreated and an AHI if 32 with CPAP or bilevel treatment with only one of the apneas being obstructive during the study night. The rest were central’s.

I have had four sleep studies in two separate facilities to arrive at this finding. With so much time and money invested in this I am anxious to start off on the best foot possible. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't really understand what you're asking, please rephrase.

In the meantime, your "range" for EPAP is 9-15, which may be the maximum the machine will go to.

Your ipap ranges from 9 to 25, depending on needs, that means your pressure support goes from 0-15.

Looks like a fine setup to me.
