Hi everybody,

Where I happen to live, Johannesburg, South Africa we tend to be plagued by thunderstorms and summertime. This very often means that we lose power. As far as I can tell, there are no battery systems for the Fisher & Paykel Icon machines. I have an electrician looking into a battery system for me, but need to know do I need a pure sine, or can I use simulated sign. This will obviously make a huge difference in price, pure sign systems being expensive as all get-out.

Any help here would be much appreciated.
