Nubie here. I downloaded and installed Sleepyhead software. I was able to pull the data from my old ResMed S9 and all looks good except I don’t have any data line for Flow Rate, but have all the other data lines. However, I just got a new Philips DS and have been using it for just over a week. I am not able to pull any date for the DS. In fact, I don’t even see any files on the memory card like I do with the ResMed memory card. Should I be able to see files on the DS memory card? I’m not sure if the use some funky format that would prevent me from seeing the files in explorer? Thanks

What model DreamStation are you using? Model number is on the bottom...starts with DSX....
I have no idea why the flow rate is absent on the S9 reports if all the other graphs are there. Sorry.

Thanks for the quick response. My Model is DSX-HCP. Perhaps I will also try Oscar to see if it can read the memory card. However, since my pc file explorer can't see any data files, it makes me wonder if something is wrong with the memory card or perhaps my machine.

No...the model isn't DSX-HCP...there should be 3 numbers and not letters after DSX. Sounds like you looked at the bottom of the humidifier and not the blower unit. OSCAR is based off SleepyHead so unless you got some really old version of SleepyHead it should show the data if the data is there. You can get OSCAR though to be sure you have latest version. https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR/I am wondering if your model machine even records any data and that's why I ask the model number.

Pugsy, you are correct, of Course that was the humidifier. The model number for the unit is DSX500H11C I hope it records data. It also has the cellular module it that make any difference. I also ordered a new SD Card Reader which will be here on Wed 12/4.

The DSX500xxx model is the DreamStation Auto CPAP model and it is full data. Now the card HAS to be in the machine during the night to get the detailed data of the flow rate.
If you can't see anything in the way of files inside the SD card then my first suspect would be the card reader acting up. It should have a bunch of files and folders in there.

Ok, Problem solved! I had a really old SD card reader that worked with old SD cards, but not with the newer (faster) cards. I got the new SD reader today and uploaded the data from my new DS. Now I just need to watch a few more video to really learn how to analyses the data. Im sure there will be more question ahead, but thanks so much for the help!
