There is no wifi..it's an ATT cellular modem. You do not have access to any settings. It depends on the cellular signal in your area. The modem is used to transmit your usage to the provider that gave you the machine.
They need to verify your usage to your insurance company

I am only getting one green bar on the machine. My cell phone sitting right next to it has two bars, Verizon LTE. Any way to boost the signal to the machine?

No way to boost the signal. It doesn't use the same cellular system that our cell phones use. We can't access it at all.

Are you using MyAir? Is it getting the data?

MyAir took about 2 hours to receive the data from the night before, waiting to hear if my doctor was able to receive it via cellular network. Do I need to have a SD card in for the doctor to access the data via cellular??

You can get better and more complete machine data from your machine's sleep report. Check to see that in the setting menu that "essentials" is set to PLUS.

MyAir is slow to get and report data. Just accept it. It also goes down often.
SD cards aren't needed for the machine to transmit the data.
Having a SD card in the machine only affects data that might want to be seen on available software.
