I am new to all this, so be kind...

Using a SoClean2 with ResMed Airsense 10 ( I know, not recommended by ResMed )

Should I be emptying out the humidifier chamber of all water before running the SoClean2?

This is a question for you to take up with SoClean if you don't have the manual that LSAT says has the answer on page 7.

I wouldn't have one of those things in my house.
They are dangerous and can harm me and my machine.
They don't clean anything and it's questionable that it kills anything.
Waste of time and money and dangerous.

Call up SoClean and ask them. I don't dish out advice on products that I wouldn't use myself especially when I consider them dangerous.
Ozone is a poisonous gas and that's what is used by the device.

page 7 does not address the water in the humidifier chamber.

Page 7.. Last paragraph says..."If you leave water in your humidifier..................". Is that clear enough?
