PAP Mask: dreamwear nasal cushion
PAP Machine: resmed airsense 10 autoset
Humidifier: resmed internal
Pressure Setting: 11 cm

Just started using the DreamWear Nasal Cushion, works fine when I am on my back, but if I roll onto my side, it does not keep a good seal, and there is air blowing around the outside of my nostrils. Are there any tricks to get this to work well when laying on your side?

PAP Mask: Bleep/DreamPort nasal mask
PAP Machine: ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her
Humidifier: ResMed AirSense 10
Pressure Setting: Depends on the machine as I actually have more than one

If the mask wants to slide around when you are on your side then make it a little snugger if you can.
If that doesn't help consider a smaller frame. That's what I had to do with it. The frame was too big for my small head. Made a huge difference.
Also if you got the fleece side wraps...use them. It helps make things a little tighter.
