how can you tell from the Oscar chart that you are having a deep rem sleep?

Pressure Setting: Depends on the machine as I actually have more than one

You can't.
The software can only report the data that the machine gathers and these machines don't gather sleep status or stage data.
Heck, they can't even tell if you are asleep or not.

The only way to know sleep stages is with EEG leads...those wires stuck to your head and face at a sleep study.
