Hello!

Male, 25, 140 lbs.

My original AHI was 7.1 before treatment.
I have gone through many masks but I now use Bleep Dreamport. I also tape my mouth shut.
Machine: ResMed Autoset 10

Pressure range: 10.0-16.2 (EPR 3, no ramp)

I am still waking up 5-15 times a night. My machine always reports AHI < 5. Usually 1.5-2.5. The majority of those wake-ups happen in the later morning, which is typically of sleep breathing disorders due to REM being mainly in the later morning. Once in a while, I even dream that I'm suffocating and then I'll wake up.

Each of these wake ups leads to progressively worse headaches. I'm still fatigued and headached as heck all day every day.

I'm having a really hard time getting a doctor's attention during the pandemic, so I would really appreciate some advice.

Hi Heelbruise,
Step 1 is going to be to get some software called OSCAR and post some charts.

Are you limiting the max pressure for a reason? Most (not all) of us set max to 20 (the machine's top ability) to allow the machine to treat per its algorithms.

Here's some links:

Sleepyhead is the predecessor of OSCAR. They are very similar.
OSCAR https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR/

This page is informative of how to read the charts it produces.

I agree, you need to show us the data in OSCAR so we can help. There's several possibilities for the sleep disturbances that the data will reveal. If you have your sleep study report, it would be good to see a redacted version of the detailed report.
