I have been suffering from Sleep Apnea for 2 years. I just purchased a BiPap and it works nicely. Is it normal for a 2 hour nap to all the sudden seem like 5 minutes or
last night I went to bed and woke up in the morning feeling rested but it seemed like I slept for an hour or so, time wise, if that makes any sense. It's weird.

I guess it makes sense that a sound, uninterrupted sleep will feel much shorter than a night with constant wakenings. Time spent not quite asleep seems to drag by, especially if you're concerned about your sleep (or lack of sleep).

It did for me too, when I first started therapy. It kinda feels like you are being cheated out of sleep. It will change. You will get used to it, and it won’t seem like that. Isn’t it amazing though, how much better we feel when we get good rest!
