My sleep report says I have say 3.6 events after 5 hrs of sleep then I take a bathroom break return to bed and 2 hrs later the report says 10.3 events. What causes the spike in events

Need to see the detailed report to be able to even hazard a guess as to what happened. Use the software so we don't have to guess

Maybe mis stated. On my air sense 10 my nightly report that appears on the screen

I understood what you were talking about but that doesn't change my reply.

It's impossible to offer any idea what is going on without seeing the detailed report.

Most likely false positive awake breathing flagged by mistake is happening but without knowing WHEN the events were flagged and how many hours of use is involved it is simply impossible to give you any sort of answer.

We MUST see the detailed software data first. Simple as that.

It's better for us to see the data as Pugsy has mentioned. I find it surprising how much data is there to see for those that want to see it. Most Dr. McQuack's do not care to see it.

What model AirSense 10 do you have?
It should say the model name on the face of the machine lower right.
