Good afternoon
I have uploaded my latest oscar report after tweaking EPR ever so slightly and also uploaded my sleep study results. I took a picture of the sleep study info as I don't have the actual file (my apologies.) I've been on CPAP going into 4 weeks and I think yesterday was the first day I felt somewhat normal, but still felt crappy during work (fatigued/weak feeling)
Any suggestions as what I can do to better my sleep numbers please let me know, I am using the Air fit F20 and I sleep on my stomach. Again thank you for taking time out of your day to help, my life has been turned upside down these last few months, I started noticing that something wasn't right around October and have gone through countless PCP's, specialists, blood work, 2 different holter monitors, echocardiogram, MRI of the brain w/wo contrast and a VNG test. Everything has came back normal and my current PCP said I have general anxiety (I think as a last ditch effort) and then finally in January I had a sleep study and I was diagnosed with "Mild Sleep Apnea"
My symptoms have been extreme fatigue, brain fog, crappy memory, lightheadedness, headaches in the am/afternoon, anytime sleepiness, depersonalization and at times flu like symptoms. All these symptoms have been intermittent, I've had 2 instances where I've woken up in the middle of the night with my heart racing, very dizzy and gasping for air. I knew CPAP would take time to do it's thing, but after feeling somewhat worse at times since starting CPAP I began to have doubts that maybe it's not sleep apnea and I may need a second opinion. I think yesterday was the first time I felt somewhat of relief, but still sleepy at times as well as the weak feeling. It was intermittent though so I'm hopeful I need to give this time since it does so much harm to the body.
