Ive settled into using my machine and mask OK.
I dont feel like I'm bouncing out of my skin with energy but I am sleeping better. I'd like to fine tune my pressure to reduce events.
Here's the reports for the last few nights.
I was maxing out the pressure at times so last night I shifted it up from 11 to 11.4 maximum and had higher events including a nasty looking cluster of Apneas around 2.50 18/4/21
What pressures do you suggest ? Last night result was 9.2 Average, 10.64 for 95%

Try increasing your minimum to 7.4 cm and see what happens.
The minimum pressure is your most critical setting. It does the bulk of the work of holding the airway open in the first place and preventing the collapse from ever happening.

So 3.78 last night with the full menu of centrals, hypopneas and obstructive events. I do have a slight sore throat with a little congestion, I guess that wouldnt help

All areas are within treated levels. CA are not high enough to bother with. Obstructive events are however. I'd like you to try turning your Ramp off to see if we can remove a variable to simplify things a bit. It can be a disrupting factor for some. I'd try bumping up your minimum to 8 and keep EPR 3 full time. See if that helps.
