Hello everyone. I wake up most mornings feeling feeling groggy and lightheaded, and some mornings I wake up too early like at 5:00am and then can't fall back to sleep. It doesn't look like I have any apneas but I do have hypopneas. In my charts I see my pressures changes from a low of 12 all the way to 20 in a short period of time and wondering if that normal because it's happening again and again on the red charts I see? If anyone could help take a look at my charts and recommend anything it would be greatly appreciated!

Machine: Resmed AirCurve 10 ASV also known as AirCurve 10 CS PaceWave

Pressures settings are:
Mode: ASVAuto
Min EPAP: 12
Max EPAP: 15
Min PS: 6.0
Max PS: 12

G'day Traveler007, welcome to the forum.

The fact that you have no recorded events at all, together with those downward spikes in pressure lead me to I suspect there is a problem with your machine. Try rebooting it and see what tonight's results look like. To reboot, turn the machine off completely and unplug it from the wall. Wait at least 30 minutes before plugging back in.

Did the lab set the min EPAP at 12?
I would ask the doctor if the downward events are very close CA and the machine is cycling in min respiration of 8 per min. The inspiration time rises to 5 sec. You may need another lab test, if this wasn't shown in the lab.
