Hi all - I've asked about this before but have slightly different charts this time so was hoping for more advice. I've been going with periods of 5 to 9 days with AHI's below 2, sometimes below 1, but then I have nights like last night where it is above 4 again. This is annoying, especially as I am still doing a trial trying to find the right pressure. I also am finding the pressure I am is as much as I think I can tolerate. I don't feel much different between the days where I had less than 2 vs the ones just above 4. Mostly well rested, especially after I have been up for a bit.

When I look at these charts I wonder if they are real CA events, as I see arousals before them in nearly every case, but I am not sure if I am reading it right or seeing what I want to see. So looking for another opinion.

Thanks

Of the CA/centrals you shared above...I didn't spot one that I would classify as being a real asleep flagged event.
All the flags were immediately preceded by obvious arousal breathing.

Looks like a bad night sleep quality wise last night. Lots of arousals for some reason or another but not airway related...at least from what is shown here.

Anything special about last night in terms of sleep quality???
Restless night for some reason???

Hi Pugsy - thanks for the advice. Yes you're right, I did feel a bit more restless, but oddly, I also had a long 6 hour segment where I didn't get up at all. I had some issues adjust for comfort with some pillows so maybe that caused it, or maybe just some nights are not going to be as good as others. I definitely seem to have some nights where I feel much more rested, I just haven't been able to nail down why yet. All nights are better than before CPAP.

I also tried ear plugs last night that we not 100% comfortable so maybe that caused issues.

Your comments and other things I've read make me think I should look for other causes other than just air way that might be triggering restless and causing these blips.

thanks
