Hello Im pretty new to Cpap and I have the resmed s9 with the p10 nasal pillows I use melatonin for sleep with valerian root caps

My issue is I wake up in middle of the night and don't feel quite well rested when using cpap,If someone can interpret my results that would be great for improvements,Thanks!

PAP Machine: Required to start over on ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet.
Humidifier: HumidAir and Heated hose
Pressure Setting: Auto PAP 7-14, EPR full time 3


Let's use the attach file area to show us your daily OSCAR shot. I didn't see anything attached to look at.

Start at the full editor post area, below the text box and option checkbox area, that's where the attach area is found. Start with choose file, then choose your OSCAR shot file and add that file into your post.

Duct tape carrying K9; the tape helps quiet stupid.
